      • Hi Lisa. Was not sure how to get in touch with you. I purchased the Rachel K products from your website. All of them are perfect and I love them except the mineral cc pressed powder. I ordered medium the color is just too light for my skin. How do I go about returning and getting the darker pressed powder. Thank you!

  4. Hi Lisa! I ordered the CC cream in sunkissed but found that the neutral better matches my undertone. The sunkissed leaves a very gray, ashy look on me. Is there a way for me to return the sunkissed back and maybe exchange for neutral? I will pay for shipping back and whatever other loss on my part.. I just don’t want to waste the sunkissed but I really want the neutral. I bought 2 and each has barely been used.

    • Hey Sharon! I will sell you a Neutral for half price–you just keep the Sunkissed, that way you don’t have to pay to ship it back–I am not going to be able to do this in the future–I don’t get to sent it back to the company for credit like a big department stores does–I just have to eat the cost—I want you to be happy, though! I will make another announcement soon! :) ) Lisa

  7. Lisa I have searched some of your old videos……I remember you saying what eyemakeup remover you use that really takes off all the liner and mascara easily. Can you tell me again please????? I just love you so much! I am 45 yrs old and never knew much at all about makeup or style for that matter. I have been so inspired by you…..I work in a professional environment and need to always look my best. I feel like I know you and it is sooo funny since I only watch your channel! If I wasnt in Texas I would love to by you a coffee and just visit!! Please dont ever stop what you do…..It means so much to alot of us!!

    • I have tried it, and it was just more than I needed at this point, I have been doing the Obagi NuDerm for years and am down to a maintenance phase–I dont think I am going to take on the skincare at this point, the CC Crean and YT keeps me so busy–but maybe ib the future when school is out and I have more time at home! Dear Lisa, I have a melasma (dark pigmentation in the centre of my forehead, on my cheeks and upper lip) which looks very prominent as my skin is very fair (N5-10, Tom Ford Traceless in 01 Alabaster, YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat in B10, NARS Siberia). In your experience and opinion, could you please let me know whether Rachel K CC Cream would cover my melasma pigmentation? Also is there a very very fair shade which will not darken the shade of my foundation as I am the same snow white colour on my face, neck and chest? I have normal skin (neither oily nor dry).     • Hey Julia! I will be very honest–no–it will not cover the darkness, just lighten it a little–it is supposed to REALLY lighten it after time, but this is what I think you should do….I had melasma, not really bad, but definitely there–even a mustache! I used the Obagi Nuderm system, with the Retin a added in with the “Blender”—it is amazing, tough–but amazing! BUT, the RK Fair/Classic would not make your face darker under your foundation, if you still want to try it! Hope that helps! xoxo Lisa
